People lounging on the beach were startled to see a live Nike ad happening behind him as he ran along the shore. This moment reminded Brian Windhorst from ESPN of the iconic Nike commercial where LeBron was followed by hundreds of individuals on a run through Miami. Despite the scorching sun and burning sand, LeBron kept his focus on his exercise routine.
